How - By Subjective Interpretation of Our Constitutions, Laws and Statutes

We The People have desired and very patiently longed for our government to rectify its many short comings and to enact meaningful election reform, throw off corruption,  stop violating our constitutional rights via unconstitutional regulation and law, stop subjugating individual USA citizen's rights to the collective right's of society at large, responsibly reform our taxation law to be truly equitable across all allowed taxable venues, responsibly use our tax dollars collected and prevent it's fraudulent waste, restore our governmental structure, powers and responsibilities to that which was originally structured being bottom to top and decentralized, stop the take over and nationalization of our commerce, stop the unconstitutional actions of social engineering by every level and branch of our government.

i.e. to stop trying to control our very lives.

Over the past 100+ years, the citizens of the United States of America have seen our government enact law and measure that has caused a slow precession of our republic's capitalistic economy and constitutional form of government towards a more socialistic form of government and economy.  Over time we have worriedly watched the speed of this precession drastically increase.  With the 2020 election we are alarmingly witnessing this precession turn into a head long rush intentionally perpetrated by our government in spite of our public objections and opposition. Our government is becoming more tyrannical and more resembles a socialistic/Marxist form of government ruled by an elite oligarchy.

Our government has become increasingly emboldened in subjectively interpreting our constitution and laws such as to support and enact agendas, laws and measures that would under objective interpretation be clearly unconstitutional.  In finding an end-around-run of the very limited powers of federal government as clearly and specifically enumerated in the constitution, our government has subjectively interpreted the constitutional clause charging it to regulate inner state commerce to mean whatever it wants it to mean and has invaded every aspect of our commerce and lives to regulate everything it desires in any manner it deems possible.  Our founding fathers wrote the commerce clause charging our government to make regular the inner state commerce and it was intended that government promote the regular and timely and free and equal participation of commerce between all states and was not a broad clause allowing the government to restrict commerce in any manner nor enact unconstitutional restrictive regulation of our lives.  Our founding fathers did not intend for the commerce clause to become a cover-all end-around-run mechanism allowing government to surmount the very deliberate limitations placed on it by our constitution and therefore the people command government to only find authority in the commerce clause as specifically enumerated and it cannot use this clause to restrict any commerce or control our lives except as specifically allowed by enumeration in the constitution.

Bottom line... Government will not fix itself, i.e. no politician will ever find themselves in violation of the US Constitution, leaving We The People with the responsibility of actually fixing it: 

• We The People will have to fix this first.
  • We shall formally institute a non-political system to monitor US Constitutional Compliance
  • This non-political system must be given authority & power to truly effect change
• Next will require further enumeration of the US Constitution to eliminate all wiggle room useful for nefarious interpretation.
• Then severe & stringent consequences must be spelled out for all government members who violate the US Constitution in any manner by any mechanism for any reason.
