A Theme for The Compliance Branch (CCP) A 4th Branch of Government
We The People of the United States of America have the highest responsibility to oversee our government at all levels and therefore also have the highest authority in overseeing the government's every action on our behalf.
But, how can we truly achieve this?
We The People established the contract for those who govern us in the Declaration of Independence and USA Constitution. This contract is based on our founder's grand principles of supreme individual citizens' rights and limited government to interfere with the exercise of these rights. We must ensure all of government complies with the terms of this contract; all levels i.e. Federal, State, County, Municipality and all local forms of government.
Our government has become tyrannical and this transition has taken place primarily over the last 100+ years through slow progressive non-compliance of our constitution, as it is written, resulting in ever increasing detriment to individual citizens’ rights, freedoms, self reliance and sense of self responsibility. We can only truly restore and safeguard our rights and liberty by establishing absolute compliance to our US Constitution.
Constitutional Compliance - No levels of government shall act or enact or execute or operate in any manner that is unconstitutional. It is government's responsibility to ensure first that it's every aspect is fully compliant to the Constitution of the United States of America first and then to states' constitutions and municipalities' charters as applicable and as they are explicitly written. It is the citizen's ultimate and supreme responsibility to oversee government's compliance and under authorities' of the US Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, and the Declaration of Constitutional Compliance[1] the citizenry shall maintain this compliance.
But, how can we do this in the political environment that currently exists?
The solution is simply reestablishing the Constitution of the United States of America as the supreme authority of our governance thus guaranteeing fundamental rights only to the individual USA citizen and assuring that the individual citizen has the ultimate power to oversee our government. To achieve permanent supremacy of authority, the Constitution shall mandate that government is first and always fully compliant and that severe consequences are mandated by the Constitution for any that tolerate or advocate or achieve or effect noncompliance. We must establish a mechanism to independently monitor our government’s constitutional compliance.
Yes, this can be done in a permanent manner by amending our constitution as follows:
The executive, legislative and judicial branches of the federal government shall commission constitution compliance panels (CCP) to fully monitor constitutional compliance of the other two branches of government.
The CCP shall exist as a 4th branch of government, The Compliance Branch[1,2], whose duty is exclusively to independently monitor government’s constitutional compliance as specified only by the US Constitution and report to and help the citizenry maintain absolute constitutional compliance of government. To ensure political independence, each of the commissioned CCP members shall be impaneled and consist of fourteen USA citizens as members with two alternates, each randomly selected as prescribed within the amendment from five different regions within the USA. The members shall be diverse and exclusively from different regional areas and from different sectors of society representing white collar, blue collar, domestic, clergy, education, public service, military etc. and publicly vetted within their selected region to preclude radical[3] background, radical beliefs or felonious criminal conviction. Following is a summarized excerpt from Restore Our Union’s proposed amendment which can be read in whole at The Compliance Branch (section 1.33.3 on page 50):
The CCP shall exist as a 4th branch of government, The Compliance branch, whose duty is solely to independently monitor government's constitutional compliance as specified herein and report to and help the citizenry maintain absolute constitutional compliance of government.
1. CCP Panels shall execute their duty solely by strict reference of the Constitution of the United States of America, the Declaration of Constitutional Compliance[4] and the Declaration of Independence and establishing status of governmental compliance in accordance only too these three documents.
a. They shall monitor federal actions and laws enacted and process of enactment and all judiciary actions of the Supreme Court and all constitutional issues brought to their attention by lower level panels from the several states.
b. CCP members shall have total and instant access to all of government.
- All panel members shall be given an all governmental security clearance allowing instant and total access to any governmental document, office, property, program, project or organization and shall not be barred from any facility or function or meeting or area.
- All violations to allowing immediate dutiful access for any CCP or any of their members is treasonous and requires the immediate and appropriate prosecution of offending governmental members.
We can safe guard our liberty in a more permanent manner by amending our constitution such that:

Treason for Noncompliance…
We The People declare that intentional allowance of any unconstitutional aspects of government is treasonous and strictly prohibited and require the immediate removal of all government members authorizing or perpetrating or participating or who promote or promulgate or condone or, upon knowledge of such non compliance, fail to immediately and publicly and widely disclose any and all such non compliance or in failing to act upon knowledge of such non compliance to vigorously defend against it. All of any such complicity shall be prosecuted for treason.
