A Theme for Enumerated Governance

Our Government is a constitutional republican form of government and We The People shall further it’s enumeration to make our governance clear.  We The People define it  to be a government in which supreme power is held only by all voting citizens and of governance by elected officers and representatives governing exclusively only by the consent of the governed and according to enacted law and enacted statute and all shall always be in strict compliance with the Constitution of the United States of America as it is explicitly written and under the direct oversight of its individual USA citizens and Constitutional Compliance Panels (CCP)[1].

All powers and mandates of our federal government and state governments and all lower level governments shall be explicitly enumerated in the Constitution of the United States of America and states’ constitutions and lower level charters wherein all attempts to extend these powers and mandates through other mechanism exclusive of duly incorporated constitutional amendment or charter amendments, as applicable, are prohibited and any that are attempted are unconstitutional, null, void, and treasonous and those responsible shall immediately be removed and corrective actions taken by congress/legislative bodies, and executive and judicial and CCP branches.

  • Governments at all levels have no power or authority except as specifically enumerated within their constitutions and charters.  The absence of specifically disallowing or denying any power or authority is not to be interpreted as authorization to take on such power or assume such authority and any attempt to do so is treasonous and those responsible shall be prosecuted accordingly.

“In questions of power, then, let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution” Thomas Jefferson 1798

"The people of the United States are the rightful masters of both Congress and the Courts, not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution." - Abraham Lincoln (17 September 1859, speech in Cincinnati, OH)
